This is a lovely stamp of mare bred by Jackie & Terry Jones of the Penlanganol Sports horses. Pheonix combines some of the best proven competition & perfomance bloodlines, been out of Langarth Emma, who is by the well know stallion Triple Sweet who has sired nemours top competition horse. Pheonix is sired by the exceptional stallion Maesmynach Principal who was by Maesmynach Cymro Coch again both these stallions need no introduction as sires of successful event, showjumping & dressage horses.

We were very keen to be able to add Pheonix to our small pool broodmares as we were already lucky enough to have Langarth Emma who is the Dam of Pheonix on loan. Emma has such a loving, calm and gentle nature combined with her lovely conformation and success as proven broodmare of excellent competition stock that when Pheonix came on the market we were very keen to be able to buy her as a asset to our stud. Mother and daughter were once again reunited as mums to be, it’s clear to see they still have a very strong bond and happily play aunty to each others foals.

Ms Mole is the first foal that we have had out of Pheonix, and although relatively young we decided to take Pheonix and foal to the Royal Welsh 2015. Pheonix was first in the broodmare class, and Ms Moal was a excellent 2nd in the foal class. Her next show was the Welsh Nationals, where Pheonix won the WPB broodmare class and Ms Mole won the partbred foal class. They finished the season off with Pembroke County where they both stood 2nd to a pony that had come over from Ireland. Both Mole and Pheonix enjoyed their season showing, taking all the hustle bustle preparation, travelling and experience in their stride.
